MEET YOUR COACH
Jill Polanycia
Hi! Hola! Bonjour!
My name is Jill, and I am the valiant leader of Slay the Day Coaching. My vision is to be a full-time coaching business helping individuals around the world live simpler and fulfilled lives.
Slay the Day Coaching empowers individuals to live more simple, organized and productive lives and realize their dreams through group and 1-on-1 coaching and workshops.
My Values
and how they apply to how I work with and support my clients.
Growth
Growth makes life more rewarding, so my goal is to help you slay your stuck feeling and make the changes you want to make.
Joy
Joy is what I want you to feel as we partner to achieve your goals and align with who you are and who you want to become.
Simplicity
Simplicity is more important than ever in today’s complex world, so I want to help you solve what’s not working or blocking you so you can simplify your life and focus on what lights you up.
Giving
Giving is the very essence of being a coach, and I love giving you the space to express yourself, the empowerment to clarify what you want and the support and encouragement to help you achieve it.
Freedom
Last but not least, I want to help you feel freer, whether that’s through clearing physical clutter, removing the shoulds and can’ts that are mental clutter, or taking actions that remove stress or make life easier.
More About Moi
Originally from Buffalo, New York, I live in the Denver, Colorado, area with my husband and at least one cat. I am passionate about coffee, hockey, animal welfare, traveling the world and learning languages. I also speak French and Spanish at advanced levels, I’ve started to learn German, and I’ve been to 49 countries. I am also crafty AF: primarily as a scrapbooker and card-maker, but I also dabble in chain maille and other types of jewelry, dot mandala painting, essential oil recipes, soap-making and any other craft classes I can attend.
I have two bachelor's degrees from Penn State, a master’s degree from the University of Leeds (UK), a PMP certificate and certifications in the Responsive knowledge management tool. She is currently working towards her NAPO Productivity Coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Coach certifications. Whew!
Past experiences that have influenced my coaching career include being a Professional Organizer and working in the localization industry (translation and interpretation services) in a range of positions such as Project Manager, Localization Engineer, Team Lead, Solutions Content Coordinator and Onboarding Manager.
I nerd out over organizing spaces and stuff and creating streamlined, efficient systems and processes for things, time, tasks, goals and habits I want to maintain. I’m experienced in productivity tools such as Microsoft To Do, Lists, OneNote, Planner and Project, Asana, Responsive and more.
Yes, I am an organized person and yes, I get shit done. And I can’t wait to help you also get shit organized and get shit done.
