Are you and your team struggling to find files on your network?
Do you feel lost when you want to respond to an RFP?
Having a hard time finding company info for proposals?
Are your tasks out of control on hundreds of sticky notes?

Let’s organize your files and content for a better way to work.

File and Content Organizing Solutions for Businesses and Non-profits

  • Make it quick and easy for you and your colleagues to locate files and documents through consistent file naming conventions and folder structures and information systems such as an intranet or wiki.

  • I help create simple SharePoint sites or wikis for your whole organization to store, search and access content with ease. Optimize the right solution, format and taxonomy for each content type so everything is easily findable.

  • I enjoy making sense of RFP requirements, so I can sort through RFP materials, identify what's needed and create proposal templates and drafts, so you can focus on adding your secret sauce and the most important information.

  • Improve your documentation and ensure that processes are consistently followed with audits for completion and clarity. I also write and optimize processes, procedures, user guides, handbooks and advocate process checklists for consistent, complete tasks every time.

  • Asana is an affordable and efficient tool to break projects down, manage and assign tasks, capture task notes and track progress and I'd love to set it up for your organization so you can be more productive and organized.

  • Stop digging for corporate stats and boilerplate content in past proposals and dozens of folders. We can capture all that FAQ info in a simple Excel sheet or SharePoint site and set up a process to keep it current.

  • Responsive is a robust knowledge management tool for company data, stats and FAQs that speeds up RFP responses and proposals. I can help you set up and optimize Responsive for your company's RFP needs.
